Window to the outside world- Birthday Gift

Alright so my mom's friend has a birthday coming up and as per tradition I try to do something for him each year :'D
This year I decided just to take a pause of all the chaos Rapture has to offer and look to the ocean that surrounds this city
This was fairly hard to do not gonna lie spread out through the course of a few days thought it'd be easy to color dead wrong XD
And yes I know thats a ridiculous amount of bubbles but hey if your city is being pumped with oxygen some of it is bound to get out
